Consulting Week 2025: Building Stronger Foundations Together in Marbella
In June 2025, Epicenter brought together consulting colleagues from across continents for Consulting Week in Marbella—five days dedicated to collaboration, learning and connection at our Spanish office.
More than a series of workshops, Consulting Week became a shared space to challenge assumptions, exchange perspectives and strengthen the way we work together. Through focused sessions, open discussions and hands-on collaboration, teams explored how to operate more efficiently, communicate more effectively and deliver even greater value to our clients.
One of the highlights of the week was the Bridges session, where consultants mapped their individual communication styles. Visualizing our collective strengths and blind spots sparked some of the most insightful and constructive conversations of the week, reinforcing the importance of understanding how we collaborate across roles, teams, and geographies.
Under the theme “Standing on the Foundation, Ready to Rise,” participants reflected on what is working well today, where there is room for improvement, and how we want to evolve together as a consulting organization. The week also provided the opportunity to tackle real delivery challenges, share best practices, and identify new ways to collaborate across teams.
