About the Interface
This interface synchronizes the data from AFAS/Profit as master with the global HCM system, based on Oracle HCM Cloud.
The goal of this synchronization is to enable global reporting with Oracle HCM Cloud and to use talent management modules, like Learning and Performance management.
Self Service is facilitated also, by interfacing the organization structure and the manager/employee relationship.
Besides the employee data, the interface also covers the automatic upload and synchronization of referential data, like departments, job codes and positions.
FIT4Cloud automates the complete process: getting the data from Profit via web services, detecting the changes, transforming the data to the format required by Oracle HCM (HDL), starting the upload into Oracle HCM and monitoring the upload errors.

About the System
Profit is a Dutch HR system, which is also suited as workforce administration, leave and absence management and performing the payroll calculation.
It supports the Dutch tax rules and labor legislation.
