This bi-directional interface facilitates the secure, automated transfer of employee data between Oracle Cloud HCM and SmartHR using batch import facilities in SmartHR and REST API. It covers a range of fields, including Personal Data, Employment and Assignment Information and also Payroll Data such as gross salary.
