What we are looking for
A motivated Sales Manager to look after our growing pipeline and to start converting the many leads we have into deals! Even though we are looking in Europe to fill this role, the world is your playground. Sales and business development for a firm our size is practically the same, making your responsibilities quite diverse, though always focused on generating revenue. You will work closely together with various teams, including Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management.
The nature of our business opens the door to tremendous upsell opportunities which we now need to act on. You will play a key role in driving market penetration and revenue growth for Epicenter, working closely together with our CEO and CCO. Together we will focus on acquiring new customers and expanding our global presence.
What you will be doing
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our existing client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Contribute to develop revenue via our growing partner eco-system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends.
- Participate in global events and conferences for networking and lead generation.
What you will bring
- Motivated and committed. We all are, and to succeed, you must share the same work ethic.
- Proven experience in sales management and business development in the HCM Technology industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of License and Service Agreement concepts, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Willingness to travel internationally for events and client/prospect meetings.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.
