Volodymyr Faranosov, one of our most highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM experts has been awarded the Oracle ACE certification by ORACLE!
The Oracle ACE certification is the highest official recognition in our industry and is strictly awarded only to those with deep technical expertise and outstanding contributions to the Oracle community.
With over 20 years of experience, Volodymyr has been instrumental in solving complex challenges across Oracle HCM, Recruiting, HR Help Desk, Payroll, Absence Management, OTBI, and more. Not only does this recognition highlight Volodymyr’s exceptional knowledge, but it also marks a historic milestone: he is the first Oracle ACE from Ukraine.
This achievement underscores both his dedication and global impact, reinforcing Epicenter’s ability to deliver innovative, reliable solutions that address our clients’ most challenging needs.
Daan Beumer, one of the key designers behind our automated candidate data purging solution, has successfully passed the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Implementation Professional exam. This certification is a testament to his deep understanding of Oracle Recruiting and his ability to translate that knowledge into cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
Our data purging solution helps businesses stay GDPR compliant by automating the removal of candidate data from their Oracle Recruitment Cloud instance. The purging solution comes with country-specific purging templates readily available to Oracle Recruitment Cloud users and so after some thinking… we decided to call it DPaaS (Data Purging as a Service).
Additionally, Daan has also been recognised as an Oracle ACE, an honour he achieved in October, further cementing his place as a leading expert in the Oracle ecosystem.
