About the Interface
This interface allows for the exchange of employee data between Oracle HCM and e-FESCO. The data includes Personal Information, Employment details, Salary & bank-related information, and ad hoc pay elements-related information. The interface is capable of transmitting data in the local language wherever applicable.

In addition, a limited set of processed Ad-hoc pay elements from e-FESCO can be interfaced into Oracle HCM in the inbound direction.
